Forest Schooling Families

Urban Wild Play offers families a long-term program of forest schooling. This offer is specifically aimed at families with children or cared for adults with social and emotional needs. Regular (monthly) sessions take place in a location suitable for your family, this could start in your garden and progress to local wild urban spaces. The pace and activities are led by the needs of the learners. This is a bespoke service developed between your forest school practitioner and the family. All forest school practitioners are Level 3 trained and hold advanced first aid certification and are advanced DBS checked. In addition, practitioners have a depth of knowledge of communication and the limitations caused by anxiety and emotional dysregulation.
